Reservations
Bookings are preferred from Saturday to Saturday although we can also cater for shorter stays (of 4 nights or more) beginning on different days. Check in is usually at or after 3pm, and check out by 11am.
A 25% deposit is payable on acceptance of your booking.
A €500 deposit against damage or breakages will be added to the booking fee returnable within 7 days of departure.
Duvets, sheets, towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided.
We provide a Welcome Pack of carefully chosen local produce for your arrival and breakfast.
Availability
The house is available to rent for minimum stays of 4 nights.

Prices
High season: Summer 17th June - 9th September 2023; Spring/Summer 30th March 2024 - 2nd November 2024, and Christmas/New Year/Tres Reyes from 16th December 2023 - 6th January 2024, and 21st December 2024 - 11th January 2025) - €2.500/week.
Low season: 10th September 2023 - 15th December 2023, 7th January 2024 - 29th March 2024 and 3rd November 2024 - 20th December 2024 - €1.750/week.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking with us this is our policy:
The deposit: The deposit is not refundable.
More than 10 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the full invoice is refundable.
Between 5 and 10 weeks prior to arrival: 25% of the full invoice is refundable.
Less than 5 weeks prior to arrival: No refund will be possible.
